Shock Win !!!

Last night when I logged in I was at a bit of a loose end as my sweetheart was not online, so I did a bit of home DIY and sorted out a picture frame with some pictures that needed to be added and some that had to be removed.. Don't you love doing stuff like that :)

After that I wanted to head out and just listen to a few tunes, I dug around in my club LM folder and went to a few clubs.. the first two were empty!  Quite a few are during the week and only come alive on a Friday and over the weekend, I headed over to Sanctuary Rock, and wow it was pretty packed to be honest.

I popped myself on one of my dance animations and sat and listened to the tunes and just watched local, it was a good light hearted bunch, with a little bit of flirting and abuse. all normal club stuff.. I knew they had a comp running, I hadn't paid that much attention to be fair to what it was for and what that prize was.  Anyway my darling came online and I TP'd home to see my girl.   Well after being at home for a few Min's I got a IM from the hostess Amelie, saying I needed to come back as I had won the the comp... that was like Wow... I never win anything lol 

So after telling Rommie about my comp win we both headed back to the club to be given the prize..  and it was a decent prize of 300L of shop vouchers, now as I love to shop that kind of works for me lol... SO a big thank you to Sanctuary Rock and a thank you to the hostess Amelie for IM'ing me and letting me know :)

Wedding update... 30/09/2011

Hey everyone I wanted to keep you all up to speed with what has been going on, as you know wedding days are a special time, and after careful consideration we have decided to check for further venues that might meet that "Wow" factor!

My darling partner is now looking at a few venues and is to take care of many of the arrangements, so when Rommie has had time to sort stuff out and the both of us have confirmed all the details then we will update you as soon as we can..

A light snack!

Last night as I was floating trying to find something to do as my girl was online until a little later. I see a group post come in from Thunder.  As I was at a loose end and the messages was to try and find out where everyone was I went over and had a peek..

When I got there Snow was there dancing her little heart out, I have to see people to dance alone I hopped on the dance floor and started to stuff my funky stuff .. lmao okay I deserve a comment for you lot for saying that lol.. It was at this point Snow rezzed a platter of fresh fruit.. and OMG the strawberry were covered in chocolate, but not only that but she was dancing with a bar of Cadburys bar in her hand..

Being that I was a little peckish I sat down, and had a few Strawberry's, I was a little cheeky as I dipped them a litle more in the melted chocolate ;)   I whipped out a few drinks and thought we would make a party of it lol.. Well Snow was obviously on a health drive as she carried on dancing, or the fruit was laced with some form of additional additive...  I will let you know when I get out of rehab lol

I didn't get to many pics, but I did get one of my baby landing in the chocolate.. and I felt it only right to remove it with my tongue.. lmao..  Don't worry I am keeping this PG lol

Friends!

You have to love SL, its full of great things and none more so than the people we meet and become friends with. One thing that really does get to me is the whole friends thing, and how they turn on you or others when either they dont get their way or the reply they had hopped for and or expected.

To be honest to all those people out there! It's SL and it's mean't to be fun, and yes people do become involved and become partners etc... There is no need to be loosing friends over petty fights and bickering... Get over it! 

Enjoy SL and stop making other peoples SL a nightmare and causing them pain... If you cant be nice get off SL and don't ruin it for others!!  Capiche!!

How things can be so different!

I don't really know how I could adore my baby and more than I already do, every day I find myself loving her more each time I see her, I didn't think it possible to to want to be with someone so much, but I know that I only ever want to be with my sexy lady!  I wake every day and my mind wanders to the time I have spent with my sweetheart and to when I might get time to see her next, Its like I never feel whole when I am away from her. 

Its amazing how one person can turn your head, make you smile and capture your heart, its just the beginning  and our wedding is just another step in the years ahead of us which will be filled with joy, fun and laughter... and not to mention those soft tender moments that show that we both mean so much to each other...

Sometimes destiny has our fate in our hands, and when the time is right and the chemistry has had time to mix that true love is found,  and then bonds two people together for eternity.

Spirit in Romance

It is in you that I find a mystical spirit, and one that has the draw of a naked flame all soft and warm, the flames swaying and rippling like a field of wheat swaying in a gentle breeze.  With such an inner depth and beauty which can only to be compared to that of Cleopatra, a softness of skin and the gorgeousness of a fresh flower whose petals are about to open as the morning sun falls upon it.   With your body movement which is seductive but gentle, only seen previously like the moving sands of the Sahara desert, forming soft and voluptuous ever changing curves that your eyes can only follow, ever enticing and alluring.     

Total Randomness!

Sometimes life it about the things we say and do, we are all judged by our own achievements and by the material items we possess. It is these things that alter people’s perception of us and what we appear to be through their eyes, and then we gloat in the praise from others it is in that sumptuous splendour that we revel. Sitting back in our opulent sofas knowing that we have succeeded beyond others expectations and in fact our own.

If only we had foreseen our own triumphant glory and our path to the greater plane of success, it would have been  a far easier pill to swallow knowing that we had crawled through the depths of the darkness to once more open our eyes to the sunlight of truth, happiness that honesty, and to relax in humility and humbleness that they are to keep us smiling and kind.

Booked and sorted!

Last night we booked the wedding venue, and for me that one step closer to being with any sexy lady. Well when we booked we went over and had a few pics taken for the invites and I must say they are very good.

So the date is now confirmed and booked 23rd of October at 12.00pm SLT, so make sure you keep your eyes open for that invite hitting your in box. I will include the LM and any other information that will be needed. I hope you all will be able to make it as both myself and Romanceme would love to see you :)

This day will go down as a day that my life will change for the better,  and I get to share my time with an amazing woman that always knows how to make me smile and laugh. Thank you darling for making my world a warmer and brighter place,  I hope I can make your world a better place as well :)

Scratch's head ... How hard!

Last night was both Romanceme and I were to be at the wedding planners for a run through of what we want, to be frank I came away after an hour not really sure I made any progress at all. I think now I am even more confused than when I first started, both Romance and me were having so many colours for plates, napkins, chairs and even the colour of the floor it turned into a totaly nightmare. It wasn't even if we finished one and then moved on, we jumped from one to another and its just got everyone really confused... 

Anyway we didn't make any desisions and we infact looked at other venues, and I am incluned to do the true bloke thing, find the venue we both agree on which I think we might have, and book it! For me the whole process is to spend time with Romance me and the stress it gave us last night made me think that if the venue looks nice then thats what great, we both need to like it.. But the true part and the imoprtant part that I am more concerned with is that we are together and showing everyone that its the two of us that matters more than the colour a napkin on the table. You might think that a poor outlook by myself, but for me its Romanceme I want to be with and share my time with not the napkin ;)

Well after the wedding confusion we went home and chilled out, and dare I say this we did some marketplace shopping, I have my suit for the wedding and Romanceme bought a very sexy little dress that had my eyes on stalks .. Thank god I took a picture :)))

Well it's all about time....

One thing that flags up to me is the issue of time difference's and how that affects or SL's.

Now why do I bring this up? well we all know about it and deal with it every day of our SL lives, but this as my partner lives in the USA and I am in the UK, and the difference in time is about six hours and that is behind me (- 6 to GMT)  or there abouts given the seasonal time changes.

Now I think its different depending on which partner is where, what I mean is that might be different if its the male or the female that lives in the minus time zone (- 6). SL has a whole range of issues, looking at the pole running on the front page of this blog the main reason that relastionships fall into trouble is down to trust, well that pole is still running so please add your own opinion.

Now it takes a lot for people on SL to trust others, its one of those things i guess when you love and care for someone you might find that your always worried about what there doing when your not around and with them. It takes a very strong bond to be able to stand the test of time and not allow yourselves to fall into the paranoid way SL trys to steer you. For those who know that there BF/GF, partner; Wife or Husband is online it can be a bit off a emotional ordeal and a bit of a head F*%K! Now this will always depend on that person,  and,  or their past experiences on SL. 

I have seen so many fights happen over a simple miss understanding that was allowed to reach a point where you can almost see the larver bubbling over the top of that volcano. And when it comes down to it, it's all over the trust between the two people, and its just as much to  do with how much you really care about each other but not having that physical contact to reasure each other of those feelings unlike that way we are in RL in the same situation.

The great thing is when it does happen it's the most solid and binding thing you will find, Romanceme and I in my opinion have this, although we haven't been together as a couple as such for a long time there is such a close and respected bond there that in no way can I see it being shaken, even when you consider or (-6) time difference and what isses that can bring.

All I can say to my partner and soon to be wife is "I luv ya baby and I am so looking forward to all the years we have together"...

Time to rock..

Friday night wasn't what was meant to happen, I informed that the stream server I was using was down and not going to be online for about 12 hours, so that blew my Muddys shift out of the water!  Not a good time to have that happen as I need the money to help fund the forth coming wedding :)

Well as Romanceme was online and I had a sudden free night we talked for a while before I got a IM from Ignastius,  I met Ignastius at Muddy's and is now a host at a club, him knowing that I love rock wanted to tell me that they had AC/DC playing. Well after a quick chat both myself at Romanceme went over and spent a the time dancing listening to the music and having a laugh. Its so nice to get out and have a laugh, its even better to spend that time with my sweetheart :)

After the gig we wanted to make the most of the night and headed off to do some shopping, now I know you will think the thought of spending time shopping a crazy one. But with the wedding coming up its always good to get the important stuff don't and out of the way, so we bounced around a few shops, we tried a few animations and picked up some new cloth's as we went. 

The night dew to a close and loads of great memories and the smile of a great, but unexpected night :)

"Who's the Daddy?"

Something different...

Last night I was talking to a Mammu a friend that I know via Muddys, well we had a quick chat and I was asked if I wanted to go see a place she goes to.. I was asked to not run off, so with some trepidation, but not wanting to show fear in my eyes I accepted the TP, I ended up at a beach party club, but tonight was to be different there was a live act appearing.. Sadly for my point of view it was a male dance act, it appeared to be a good act and the music was really good. It wasn't my sort of thing being the only guy there outside of the dance group..

Anyway it was a great time listening to the tunes and I have snapped a few pics of the evening :)

After that my darling partner came online and we tried to sort out a few more bits of wedding stuff, as we had missed the wedding planner we wanted to get things done and sorted as soon as possible.  The planner as now been booked to be seen and I hope there able to make it, but the good thing is that venues can change fast these days as its a very competitive world in SL :)

Wedding moved venue..

Well its been a bit stressful time over the last few days trying to get the wedding sorted out, and it's been a case that we have had to switch to a new venue. Now due to the times we are online and that the whole wedding thing is really about the two of us being together and having fun we decided to to give the whole issue of the wedding over to a wedding planner.. Phew less stress awesome :)

I am a person that if something needs doing or sorted out then I just get on and do it, no messing about I make it happen and fast, things that just drift along drive me crazy lol. Now the venue has been picked and Rommie loves it, we were due to see the wedding planner last night but that went a little square shaped as my messages to her letting her know we had to be online at a certain time never made it.. I hate that when the Internet and SL conspires against you lol.

Anyway I had hopped to have the frilly stuff sorted out, you know flower colours etc, now me being a typical bloke flowers are flowers! But I know Rommie loves the more soft pastel colours and I know she just adores "Red"  *Runs for cover* lol

Well as we didn't get time to with the wedding planner that's our next job to arrange :)

Cracking night at Muddys!!

Monday night was a awesome time, both Naigo and myself had readied ourselves for a busy night, Muddy's has seen a large influx of new people to SL. Now that's a really good thing but sometimes the battle to deal with peoples questions and tackling dress code stuff can be really wearing. Muddys is normally a busy club on its own, and Naigo has been really working hard and by the end has deserves a sit down and a cool beer.
Monday was totally rocking as the local was flowing and the tunes seemed to be going down well and I was getting a fair amount of requests as well, that's always good to see :) At the end of Naigo and my shift Nagio sent me a IM saying she had a great night.. So did I! And to top it all my sexy partner Rommie was there, and what better way to end the night but with my baby :)

Tonight Rommie and myself were at the photo studio of Nickos for some couples pictures done, and as always Nickos was his normal crazy self and was more than happy to try a few new shots and some different pose's.

As always I can't wait to see the results, I know he does such a wonderful job and I am not sure your find anyone better to be honest. Anyway once there finished I will post them on here so you can see them, lets hope hes not to busy in RL to do them quickly.

What is going on??

I don't know if its me or not or is the whole club, scene going a little funny??  I have been working as a DJ for a while now and for some reason I have noticed that clubs are far less busy than a few months ago.

I know one club I work at moved due to poor traffic and then moved to a site that was on a previously successful club, I am not to sure but for me the traffic has gone the other way and got worse... It makes you wonder why a alleged successful club isn't there anymore?  Perhaps it wasn't as prolific as it made out it was.

All I can say is that the way the venues are and the way the tips are going its very hard to see how anyone would want to be a DJ if they rely on tips as a way to make there living in SL. I know it makes me think if its worth carrying on, however I do love the music and I get to play some great tracks and requests :)

Wedding Date and time sorted!

Just to give you a little update, Rommie and myself can now confirm that the date and time for the wedding will be the 23rd of October at 12.00pm SLT.

So for those who might know, the wedding is being held at a new venue and we have two great people working hard to make the day a very special one. So when you see them please thank Cowgrl and Anwar for all their hard work thaty they are putting into making it a perfect wedding.

Also if you would like to attend the wedding please let me know, so we can check the venue for capacity etc..

Perfect end!

Why is the weekends never seem to be long enough? And never more than when you are looking to spend some time with the lovely other half.  Like must days I was on and off most of the day, but it was later in the SL afternoon that I managed to spend some time with Rommie.
I was dancing a Muddy's when Rommie logged in, and with in seconds my darling was with me dancing. We had a bit of banter going on with the others at Muddy's but with time short we concentrated on spending some quality time with one another.

It was a perfect night to end the weekend on and in the arms of my loved one :)

Romanceme!

In life, you meet that one person, that one person that you know that there be no other!


As time goes on I see myself with no one other than, my darling Romanceme. It's is before you all I devote my life my love and my time, to my my future wife, Romanceme! It's you and no other forever.

Today, tomorrow and forever!

Well friends it's all common knowledge that Romanceme and are going to get married, well the date has been set as Sunday the 23rd of October, the time is yet to be set, but as soon as it is your be the first to know :)

Invites will be sent out closer to the time, so if anyone would like to attend then please let me know via a notecard in world, spaces maybe limited so it might mean the invite is for after wedding celebration :). Obviously the all key people will have invites sent out well in advance :)

Wind down after a shift!

I have had a week off from working and last night was my first day back at Muddys, it was a close call as well as I had a meeting in RL that left me with only a minute before my shift was to be offered to one of the other DJ's that are at the club.

Since the move of Muddys to a new sim, it has proved to have drawn a load more visitors and especially new members that have not long been in SL. Its nice to see new people coming in and I have seen that they have been having fun and joining in with the banter. Even last night a few new people commented on how well Naigo and I worked together, it was a night of banter and a bit of good fun and laughter...

After my set and a little bit of argy bargy with the incoming DJ who thought he was the muts nuts I headed home, and when I got there my darling other half turned up. It was like she knew I was at home ready to chillout for a while. Anyway we sat and talked and had a laugh, what amazed me is the varied things we talked about.

We coverd everything from how long we had both been in SL and things that had happended in the past to us both,  and then the most tragic thing the break up of couples in SL. If you have an opinion on that then feel free to add you vote to the poll on the right hand side of the main page.

Still it was a great day and I think its the start of another great week :)

Another day and another week!

Well here starts another week, and I wonder what it has in store for me, I know that the week has be both back at Muddys and also Thunder. So if your about and its time to catch up on some classic and your loose end then come on over your be very welcome :)

Okay weekly round up, it must have been a weekend for it as I had a few old friends IM me to say Hi. And I have managed to bump into a old friend that I haven't seen in ages! It was one of those nights were you go to a club, you see a name you recognise but not quiet sure. Well I was right it was Abbi that I knew from when I worked at Sweethearts.. Sometimes SL can be a really small place and its great when things like this happen and you get that chance to catch up.

Also I had a few more DJ pictures taken and a personal one, I will post the personal one and let you see it, Nickos does a great job and if you ever need a picture taken give him a shout :)

I have been out and done some shopping and got some new clothes, I need to get Tux but will think about that later :)  

Lifes like a SL box of chocolates :)

Things happen so fast sometimes and in the last few days things have moved at a lightning pace!  I can tell that your all thinking what the hell is he going on about now!

In my previous post you see that Romanceme and were partnered a short while ago, well it has become very clear that there is and maybe always was more to us than what we had first thought. Partnership was as we had thought was only the first part of the commitment that we wanted to share with each other. So its now common knowledge that Romanceme and I are to share our time and SL with each other and are to be married... I have found myself totally lost in Romanceme and the time we share is always about having fun, chatting and laughing, its a always a pleasure to be around Romanceme and I thing the future is one that can only be described as fast paced, and lived to the max...

Who would have thought!!

Well things have been an up and down time, but mainly full of ups :) Its been a few weeks were things have become fun and exciting and has let to Roamnceme and myself spending a lot more time together, Romanceme and I have been friends for a fair while now and always found time to have a chat.

Well things have moved on of late and we have been become partnered with each other, it's been an exciting time and one that means I get to spend my time with a totally adorable and stunning woman. I cant wait to see where our future takes us and I am sure that our friends will wish us well for the future :)



Past few days..

Time for me to get a post on here as I have been slacking a little as I have had stuff on my mind, and that was meant I have neglected my posts.. So here we go I have a quick round up of things that have happened thus far..
Thursday was my normal gig night at Thunder and Naigo had decided to quit the week prior as the place was just to quiet and to be honest its been bad for a few weeks now, and I had hoped that moving to a new venue as they had would improve things.. Sadly it hasn't, well not yet anyway!  Plus despite putting out a staff call I was lacking a hostess. What one might call a brilliant start to the evening!

Anyway I started as I had one fan with me Romanceme who stuck around until she had to leave for RL work, shortly afterwards Lore and her other half turned up Ben.. The night turned out to be a right laugh as I started to use the truth question machine which had been just to filled with the sex questions..  Well there was some reluctance to say things from Lore and Ben, but after I had confessed a few sins which gave rise to a few laughs they joined in :) so thank you for that guys it made the night a little easier to bare :) I had fun and that's what SL should be about :)

Friday found me back at Muddys, but this time I went for a slightly different music style than normal, I do think that people like one style of music and grow accustom to listening to it, and when things change it takes a while for people to settle into the swing of it again.. Maybe I am wrong but that just a quick observation I have made and trust me I am almost always wrong lol.  The night was good the crowds were coming and going, Naigo was wearing her little fingers out welcoming things and abusing me as normal :)  But the crowds were lively and local was its vibrant self, Black turned up and was his normal crazy self, but you could only ever see his shoes and hat.. Apparently he was hiding the black clothing he normally wears so no one could moan he only wore black lol... you gotta love the guy for his crazy ideas lol.

Saturday was spent out and about talking to friends and just having fun :) I spent some time talking to Romanceme,  who for those know both Romanceme and I , may know we have been a friends for quite some time now, anyway, out of the blue and spending some long nights just talking it transpired that we both liked each other, and had for a while but never said anything to each other. So we have beem seeing each other even more recently, and we both feel its right to follow our path and become a couple or even BF/GF, but to me they mean one and the same :)

We did find time to visit Venice and spend a few quiet moments alone, that's if you can have a quiet moment in SL with IM's lol, but as you see it was only just a few moments but sometimes they can say a thousand words.

So for me its been about finding time to be online and having fun and sharing time with Romanceme, who has a wicked sense of humor and a laugh that you could melt for, not to mention how stunning she looks...I am one lucky Guy, and who knows were this will take us :)

Well apart from that not much else has happened, but trust me I will try and up date this a little quicker, but sadly I am back to RL work next week after a break for paternity leave. RL sucks lol
